The aerial action drama, directed by Siddharth Anand, was loved not only for its patriotic themes but also for other aspects of the film, such as the fresh chemistry between Hrithik and Deepika, which also garnered attention from IAF officers. One of them further expressed concern, arguing that depictions of intimate moments, especially in the context of military uniforms, are seen as disrespecting the honor and sanctity associated with military uniforms. Moreover, the characters are portrayed as members of an elite team of the Indian Air Force, which added to the conversation.

A leading portal contacted Siddharth Anand and asked him about the question raised by Saumya Deep Das, an Air Force officer from Assam. He claimed that a particular kissing scene between Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone in The Fighter was an insult to the IAF. Reacting to this, the film’s director Siddharth Anand said, “I am happy to answer this question. This film is fully in collaboration with IAF. IAF is a co-producer of this film and a great collaborator. ” he said. The film went through a detailed process with the IAF, from script submission to production planning, and before the censors put it on the censor board, the film was watched, re-watched and reviewed by the IAF. “They censored the film after the censorship and gave us the physical copy of the NOC no objection certificate.After that, we received the certificate.We received the censorship certificate.After that, we showed the entire film to everyone in the Air Force, including the Air Force.”

Directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Viacom18 Studios in association with Marflix Pictures. warrior is an aerial action mix of heart-pounding action and patriotic fervor. The film also stars Anil Kapoor, Akshay Oberoi, Karan Singh Grover and Sanjeeda Sheikh in important roles.
