Manoj Bajpayee is gearing up for the release of director Devashish Makhija’s survival thriller film ‘Joram’. This is Manoj’s second collaboration with Makhija after the National Award winning film ‘Bhonsle’ in 2018. While talking about ‘Joram’, Bajpayee had a fun rapid-fire conversation with his ETimes where he revealed some interesting things about himself.
In a sense, my acting career is based on Ram Gopal Varma’sSathyaMeanwhile, years have passed and ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ became a major turning point in his career and is considered one of his best roles. So,ram gopal varma or Anurag Kashyap, who will Vajpayee choose? The actor immediately responded, “Ram Gopal Varma, he gave Anurag and me the work of a lifetime.”
Devashish agreed with him and added, “If it wasn’t for Ramu, there wouldn’t be Anurag.”
For those who don’t know, Anurag is the co-writer of ‘Satya’, which gave him his big break with RGV. He also wrote, “Kaun?”
Manoj also selected his favorite co-stars and people he misses working with in the chat. He said, “Saurabh Shukla, Sharib Hashmi, will soon be working with (them) on Season 3 of ‘The Family Man.’ I also have fond memories of working with Zeeshan Ayyub, who is also a member of ‘Joram’. ”
