Priyamani: “Nayanthara has balanced her career so beautifully that she is as important as Shah Rukh Khan in Jawan” Bollywood News

Talking about the male dominance in Indian cinema and how women-centric films are taking over, Priyamani said: Just like any movie starring a man. Very few female-centric films have achieved success in a male-dominated industry. Even if you count southern movies, you can cherry-pick a few. There are more and more movies now where women carry the entire film on their shoulders. ”

Priyamani further added, “Even in the South, there are many films that feature actresses. nayantara ‘Jawan’ is a prime example of this, as she has balanced her career so well that she has done successful female-centric films, and then she has done films like ‘Jawan’. This is also going very well. She was given as much importance as Shah Rukh Khan in her films. There is a beautiful balance that she has created. Other films like Samantha have also done very well in terms of providing women-centric films. ”

Priyamani feels that her life hasn’t changed much even after the success of Jawan and Article 370, but says, “I have no complaints.
