Parth Samthaan made his Bollywood debut with the recently released Jio Cinema film. GudchadiIn an exclusive interview with Zoom, the actor revealed why he left TV despite the financial security and perks it offered him.

Parth Samthaan says TV is more financially stable than films

On whether films offer more stability than TV, Parth said, “In terms of financial stability, I think TV is more stable. You watch a film once. You hear a song 400 times. But you only watch a film once. If you like it, you watch it twice. If you really like it, you watch it ten times. With TV, you watch it every day, so you get paid and there are lots of perks. People know you. A lot of cities and towns watch TV. So I think it’s all down to TV.”

Parth Samthaan reveals why he switched from TV to films

He further added, “Stability is important for every artiste, but if you need to explore different characters, you need to take that risk. So, for me, it was my motivation to explore different characters. That was my priority, and that’s why I took the plunge and took the step of entering films.”
