Following Bollywood’s recent box office failures, attention is now focused on Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao’s film

Mr. and Mrs. Paralysis box office estimates: Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor will be teaming up for the second time in the sports drama “Mr And Mrs Mahi”. The film has been generating a lot of excitement among the audience ever since it was announced. With Bollywood films receiving a disappointing response at the box office, all eyes are now on “Mr And Mrs Mahi”. As per reports, the film is expected to do well at the box office.

According to multiple reports, “Mr And Mrs Mahi” has set a new record with over 200,000 advance tickets sold. The film has reportedly surpassed “Fighter” as the highest ticket sales of any Hindi film in 2024. “Mr And Mrs Mahi” is expected to gross between Rs 50 million and Rs 60 million on its opening day.

Rajkumar will be playing the role of Mahendra while Janhvi will be seen playing the role of Mahima in the film.

Janhvi, who was in Delhi promoting the film, spoke about her chemistry with co-star Rajkummar Rao and was full of praise for him. She revealed that she didn’t get to talk much to Rajkummar during the shooting of Roohi as she was playing the role of a ghost. She further said that she and Rajkumar decided to work together in Mr and Mrs Mahi because of its brilliant script.

Talking about working with Rajkumar on and off screen, she added, “The film is titled ‘Imperfect But Perfect Partnership’ but in the film we are ‘Utterly Perfect’.”

On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor will next be seen in ‘Devara’ opposite Jr. NTR and Saif Ali Khan. She will also be seen in ‘RC 16’ opposite Ram Charan. She has also wrapped up the shooting of ‘Ujajh’ opposite Gulshan Devaiah, Roshan Mathew, Rajesh Tailang, Meiyang Chan, Sachin Khedekar, Rajendra Gupta and Jitendra Joshi. Rajkumar Rao will next be seen in ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Vala Video’.
