Shah Rukh Khan’s long-awaited Danki It is scheduled to be released in theaters around the world this week. And the promotional journey began in earnest in Dubai. The actor visited Global Village in Dubai to greet and interact with his fans. At an event in Dubai, Shah Rukh Khan said that he feels uncomfortable watching his films because of his children and because some people on the internet are imitating him so badly.

Shah Rukh Khan said: “Ek mera bacha hai 26 saar ka. Bachcha kya ab toh buddha ho gaya hai. Ek bacha hai 23 saar ki aur ek chhota wala 10 saar ka. I myself have noticed this. Jab gauri aur main delhi se aa gaye, humco 30-35 saar ho gaye. 24 saar ho gaye film on main kaam karte huie. After so many years, I have never been able to tell my children, “Come on, watch my movie.” I didn’t know that the days of saying “please do this” have passed. Pehle jab maine unko apni filme dikhayi, they were kind and later started saying “Daddy, how is your hair?” Look at you (I have a 26 year old child. He’s not even a child, he’s already old! So it’s really awkward for me to watch my own movies, but that being said, there are some great ones out there (and that’s why it’s so awkward, people keep copying me on the internet these days). When did I say that? Someone will say I’m doing it) imitate Shah Rukh Khan and say (in a weird voice), “Oh, I love you, kkk Kiran.” That’s not true. There’s no ‘I love you, kkk Kiran’ so it’s very awkward to watch my own movies, but that being said, there are some nice ones too).
