Ankita took to her personal X (formerly Twitter) handle to announce that her film will be released in theaters on March 22, 2024. She also wrote that she feels “special” starting this “new chapter” after Bigg Boss 17.

Swatantra Veer Shavalkar is a biopic of Vinayak Damodar Shavalkar. The film also marks Randeep Hooda’s directorial debut.
