Ajay Devgn buys his second bungalow worth Rs 60 crore in Juhu
Ajay Devgn: pandemic hasn’t stopped Bollywood celebrities from investing in luxury properties in and around Mumbai. After Janhvi Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan, Alia Bhatt, and Amitabh Bachchan, reports are circulating that Ajay Devgn has purchased a new home worth Rs 60 crore in the Juhu area of Mumbai. The bungalow is close to Kajol and his current residence Shakti.
The bungalow spread across 590 sq yards is not far from the actor’s existing bungalow, Shakti, situated in the Kapole Co-operative Housing Society Ltd in Juhu. It is said that for the past year Ajay and Kajol have been looking for a new home in Mumbai and have found one in their locality.
The price of the property could not be confirmed, the report said, but real estate sources told the paper the “existing price rate of the bungalow is Rs 65-70 crore”, adding that the actor “may have bought it at a discounted rate due to the pandemic”.
The report also revealed that the former owner of the bungalow was the late Pushpa Valia. In addition, Devgn has already taken possession of it and started renovating the new bungalow.
The Devgns’ old home in Kapole was transferred to the joint names of Veena Virendra Devgn and Vishal Devgn (Ajay Devgn’s birth name) on May 7, they said. Devgn shares the neighborhood with Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Dharmendra, and Hrithik Roshan. He joins a host of other Bollywood celebs such as Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor, and Hrithik Roshan who also invested in prime properties amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Ajay Devgn lives in Shivshakti, a stunning bungalow in Juhu with his wife Kajol and kids Nysa and Yug. However, his property portfolio also extends to London. According to a report in Times Now, Ajay Devgn also owns a luxurious bungalow in London worth ₹54 crores. It’s located in London’s Park Lane, which makes them the neighbours of Kajol’s DDLJ co-star Shah Rukh Khan.

Meanwhile, on the job front, Ajay has extended cameo roles in a few upcoming films namely “Sooryavanshi”, “Gangubai Kathiawadi” and “RRR”.
The actor Ajay Devgn plays the main role in “Maidaan”, “Bhuj: The Pride of India” and “Thank God”. Additionally, Devgn also announced his upcoming director titled “ Mayday ” in which he stars alongside Amitabh Bachchan and Rakul Preet Singh.
Ajay also announced his OTT debut with a show called “ Rudra ” which will air on Disney + Hotstar.
