69 series and movies announced

Amazon Prime Video has made its long-awaited debut for Indian audiences in 2024 with an impressive slate of 69 new and returning series, original and licensed films. The announcement was made at a star-studded event in Mumbai, attended by some of the biggest names in the Indian entertainment industry, along with Amazon executives.

Mike Hopkins, Head of Amazon Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios, highlighted the platform’s commitment to the Indian market, recognizing India as a key geographic region for growth. “Last year, India had a higher percentage of Prime members streaming Prime Video than any other country in the world,” he said, underscoring the platform’s widespread popularity and influence.
